At Talons, we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve got your back (and your hands).
Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Issues: Received the wrong or defective set? We’ll cover the return shipping — your new Talons are on the way, free of charge.

Refunds: Prefer a refund to your original payment method? No problem — a flat $8 return label fee will apply.

To start a return or exchange, contact our support team at orders@shoptalons.com with your order number, reason for return, and how we can make it right.

Anything marked as sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, we may be able to help if it hasn’t shipped yet. Email us ASAP at orders@shoptalons.com and we’ll do our best.

Talons is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Carriers may mark a package as “delivered” when it has been left with a neighbor or is being held at the post office. If more than 24 hours have passed since the listed delivery time, please contact your carrier directly. If you need help locating your tracking information, reach out to orders@shoptalons.com
- Talons reserves the right to limit and/or reject returns from customers if we observe a pattern of excessive returns involving worn, altered, damaged, or missing items, and/or believe there is potential fraudulent activity
