Talons fit more than 95% of hands, though most customers are able to find a great match for each finger, there are a small number of cases where a person might have one or two nails that are too large for any of the 15 sizes we currently offer. We don’t use small, medium, or large sizing- so you don't need to choose a size when ordering Talons. Every kit includes 30 nails (15 sizes per hand) designed for wider, flatter nail beds, so you can find the right fit for each finger. Even if you wear XL gloves or have larger hands, Talons are engineered to accommodate a wide range of nail sizes, no measurements required.
We recommend identifying and setting aside all 10 nails you will use before beginning the application process. With the plastic tab still covering the adhesive, choose and hold Talons against your nail beds until you find the right size for each finger. If you’re between sizes, choosing the smaller size will improve adhesion and durability. Because the pressure used to apply Talons will cause them to flatten/widen a small amount, a size that looks small when held against the finger may end up being a perfect fit.

When applied correctly using adhesive tabs, Talons typically last 5-10 days. For longer wear, nail glue can be used for a stronger hold, which can last two weeks or more. Wear time may vary depending on activity level, nail prep, and application method.
Yes. After applying Talons, allow them to set for at least 30 minutes before getting them wet. Once set, you can shower, swim, wash your hands, or dance in the rain without issue.
Yes. Talons are designed to be worn the same length as your natural nails, so clipping to your natural nail length and filing any rough edges is expected.
Talons are designed to be worn at your natural nail length. The end-tips of Talons are made intentionally to be thin for ease of clipping. Wear Talons beyond your natural nail may result in chipping of Talons and poorer adhesion.

Yes. Talons can work with oily nail beds, but thorough prep is essential. Use the included alcohol wipe to remove oils before applying for the best adhesion.
If you used adhesive tabs, gently wedge the multipurpose tool between your nail and the Talons, slowly work the tool from the cuticle to tip of the nail.
If you have sense any sensitivity during the removal process or if you used nail glue, soak your nails in warm, soapy water for 10–15 minutes, then gently lift. Never force removal.
Yes. Talons are designed to be reusable. After removal, gently clear any leftover adhesive from the underside using the multipurpose tool, store them in the case, and apply new adhesive tabs for your next wear. Most sets can be reused 2–3 times, depending on wear length and care.
Yes. Every Talons set includes adhesive tabs for your first application and one reuse. Additional adhesive tabs are available for purchase if you want to extend the life of your set.
Yes. Replacement adhesive tabs are available for purchase online, so you can reuse your Talons multiple times and extend the life of each set.
It depends on how strong you need the bond to be based on activities you will engage in while wearing them. Adhesive tabs last 5-10 days and are easier to remove than nail glue, which will give you a strong bond for two weeks or more.
To prep your Talons for reuse, gently remove any leftover adhesive or glue from the underside of the nail:
Adhesive tabs: Using the included multipurpose tool, to carefully push at one corner of the leftover adhesive until it begins to roll up. Then use a finger to roll the remaining adhesive up into a ball.
Nail glue: If glue residue remains, soak the Talons in warm, soapy water for 10–15 minutes to soften the bond. Then gently remove residue using the multipurpose tool.
For stubborn residue, a small amount of adhesive remover (such as Goo Gone) can be used on the underside only. Apply sparingly with a cotton swab and avoid contact with the outer design or finish, as removers can dull or damage the surface.
Once clean, let the Talons fully dry before applying fresh adhesive tabs or glue for your next wear
